Production Process
Eight steps from inquiry to delivery. An approval gate before bulk means nothing enters production until you have held the sample and signed off.
From first inquiry to finished delivery.
Eight steps, in order, with an approval gate before bulk. Nothing is knitted in volume until you have held the sample.
- 01
Inquiry
Send your weight, shade and quantity. We come back with a quote and a dated schedule.
- 02
Fabric
We post physical swatches from the base range so you judge the hand, not a screen.
- 03
Lab Dip
Three shade options against your reference. Approve one, or send it back with a note.
- 04
Sample
A full-size sample piece in your approved fabric and shade, cut and hemmed to spec.
- 05
Approval
You sign off on hand, shade, size and finish. Nothing enters bulk before this.
- 06
Production
Knitting, dyeing and finishing run in sequence in our own mill — around 15 days.
- 07
Inspection
Batch checks on shade, weight, dimensions and branding before packing.
- 08
Shipping
Roll goods or finished pieces, packed to your carton spec and shipped door to door.
Six checks every batch has to pass.
Checks happen on the line, not as a certificate at the end. If a batch drifts, it is caught before it is packed.

Weight Check
Each batch is weighed against its target GSM band before it leaves the finishing line.
Colourfastness
Rubbing and perspiration tested per batch so the shade survives real wear.
Shrinkage
Wash-tested to confirm the finished dimension holds after the first launder.
Pilling
Surface abrasion checked on the face that sits against hair and collar.
Dimension
Cut length and width measured piece by piece, not sampled once per roll.
Branding
Label placement, tag string and packaging verified against your approved sample.
Before you send the first email.
It depends on the base fabric and whether the shade is from our stock range or a custom lab dip. Stock shades start considerably lower than custom ones. Send the fabric and shade you have in mind and we will quote the exact minimum rather than a marketing number.
Yes. Send a physical swatch, a hex value, or a colour reference from your existing supplier. We produce three lab dips against it and you approve the closest one on real fabric before bulk dyeing starts.
GSM is grams per square metre — the fabric's weight. Lower weights are lighter and more sheer with a fluid fall; higher weights are more opaque, warmer and hold their shape. Every base fabric in our range runs across a band rather than a single fixed weight, so you choose where in that band your product sits.
Around 15 days from approved sample to finished goods for a standard order. Sampling (10 days) and lab dips happen before that clock starts. If your deadline is tighter, tell us the date up front — we would rather say no than miss it.
Our capacity is about 500,000 pieces per month, so repeat programmes and seasonal peaks do not push your next order down the queue. Small first orders are welcome too — capacity is there for when you scale.
We currently export to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. If your market is not on that list, ask — it usually just means we have not shipped there yet, not that we cannot.
Both. We can ship fabric by the roll for your own cutting and sewing, or deliver finished pieces cut, hemmed, labelled and retail-packed under your brand.
Yes — woven labels, care labels, hang tags, thank-you cards, retail sleeves and rigid gift boxes are all finished in-house. Upload your logo in the customization studio to see it placed on each one.
No. The preview runs entirely in your browser. The file is never uploaded to us or to any server until you deliberately attach it to an email.
It is a design preview, not a print proof. Screen colour varies by display and blend previews approximate how ink and thread behave. We always send a physical sample for approval before bulk.
The mill holds OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and BSCI. Beyond those, certification availability depends on the specific fabric and dye route, so tell us which standard your market requires and we will confirm in writing what we can supply for that order — we would rather answer precisely than list logos.
Send us your requirements.
Tell us the fabric, weight and shade you have in mind — or just describe the product and we will suggest a base. We reply within one working day, Monday to Saturday, Shanghai time.
