Hand & Feel

High-twist crepe yarns give a fine granular pebble texture and a soft, non-reflective face. It drapes close and fluid without the mirror sheen of satin — a refined, understated hand favoured for solid colours and painterly prints.

Momme (mm) is the silk unit of area weight — higher momme means a heavier, more substantial cloth. It indicates thickness, not quality on its own; the producible range depends on this weave.
